TWS is a company operating in the segments of real estate development, civil construction, and the luxury real estate market in Brazil. It is established in the city of João Pessoa, Paraíba. Since 2005, the group has been researching the Brazilian market and discovered that the Northeast region holds the highest real estate investment potential in the country. TWS EMPREENDIMENTOS HAS BEEN CONSOLIDATING ITS PARTNERSHIP, INVESTMENT, AND TRUST IN PARAÍBA SINCE 2007.
We, at TWS, spare no effort in demonstrating our commitment to quality and respect for the environment, thus creating a differential that highlights Paraíba, this true gem of the Northeast. We delivered our first major development, the Condomínio Resort Tours Mont-Blanc, which brings the most innovative technology, luxury, and sophistication. Our second project, the audacious Complexo Tour Geneve, continues to progress and has already become a landmark in Paraíba. It is the region’s first "mixed-use building" and the only development to be certified with the AQUA sustainability seal from the Vanzolini Foundation in Brazil.
In 2012, we launched a new line, TWS Smart, which merges the TWS Empreendimentos brand, synonymous with quality and client commitment, with projects offering smaller units but with great comfort and a range of smart common spaces designed to improve the quality of life for residents. The first launch of this line is the Residencial Montes Claros, located in the Jardim Luna neighborhood, which is progressing well in construction and will soon be delivered to future residents. This development combines the TWS standard of quality with a safe investment and excellent added value. This award is aimed at business leaders who demonstrate models of excellence in their field of activity. It is granted by the international organization LATIN AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF QUALITY (LAQI) and takes place annually at AMCHAM in São Paulo.
TOP OF BUSINESS 2013
It is a national award, focused on the business and entrepreneurship markets, held annually at the Sheraton Hotel in Rio de Janeiro. TWS was awarded for developing a management model with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability in the "Tour Geneve" project, thus promoting the regional real estate market and adding value to it.
